Watch now: Beauty and ecclesial architecture

We were delighted that so many people attended (albeit virtually) our talk with John O’Brien on 17th September 2020. John talked about the concept of beauty, and how that must be applied to church architecture in order to give visitors (both catechized and uncatechized alike) a proper noble sense of the divine. Using examples from some of his own work, and drawing on his own extensive experience in designing churches, John was able to instil in the event’s participants a renewed appreciation of how churches are designed, built, and furnished.

In case you missed the event—or perhaps you want to see it again—you can watch John’s talk, including the period of questions afterwards, below.
